This property is located within the English-speaking tropical Central American country of Belize, in the northernmost corner of the country. The property is located just two miles outside of Corozal Town, on the Consejo Peninsula, which is primarily occupied by North American expats. Corozal is a town of about 10,000 people, with plenty of restaurants, hotels, and stores for basic supplies. About a half-hour away (by either car or boat) is the Mexican city of Chetumal, with a population of about 250,000, and all the North American amenities and stores you might ever want.
The property sits on Corozal Bay directly across from the Cerros Mayan Ruins, and is located near power lines, which can be run inexpensively to the property. The photo below is of the subdivision area, and your view is just as good if not better! |
